Job Description

Financial Integrators a dynamic holistic wealth management company is seeking a professional engaging organized individual to join our Administrative Assistants team. This role is critical to maintaining client relationships and creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.Specific job duties include but are not limited to:Building client relationships and being the professional first point of contact during visits and incoming phone callsAnswering screening and correctly routing callsPerforming administrative activities such as setting appointments ensuring meeting materials are prepared and handling mail and packagesResponding to internal and external inquiries and distributing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality standardsCommunicating and collaborating with staff membersTracking and following up on outstanding items to bring them to completion researching solutions and solving problemsRecording numerical and financial data accurately and efficiently to produce and reconcile accurate recordsOrdering obtaining and distributing office suppliesSetting future workflow actions and creating staff assignmentsRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferredAt least two years of related administrative and bookkeeping experience highly preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsAnalytical ability to make decisions with limited directionSolid computer skills including the ability to learn technology and various systems including video conferencing Familiarity with Google Workspace Salesforce Excel and Word highly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasksOrganizational reading comprehension math and problem-solving skillsMust have the ability to balance working independently with working in a team environmentSelf-starter multi-tasker problem solver goal oriented and a team playerReports to a manager or supervisorPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Key Skills Generator,Accomodation,Football,Advertising,Architectural Design Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
