Administrative Coordinator

As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks. To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

Coordinates and organizes meetings, paperwork and filing systems.

Maintains records and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory agency.

Makes travel arrangements, schedules appointments, meetings, conferences and other activities of the department or program.

Assists in the preparation of materials and miscellaneous documents specific to program.

Answers phones and responds to inquiries and appropriately routes requests.

Reviews protocols, activities and informed consents to ensure regulatory needs are met where appropriate.

High School Diploma / GED

Five (5) years related experience

AA degree

Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 400 providers and 1200 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic, research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.
