Title: Administrative Coordinator Medicaid Fraud Control UnitState Role Title:Administrative CoordinatorHiring Range: Commensurate with ExperiencePay Band: UGAgency: Attorney General & Dept of LawLocation:Office of the Attorney GeneralAgency Website: Type: Agency Employee Only - AJob DutiesThe Administrative Coordinator based in Richmond will provide administrative support for the staff in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) to include Chiefs Supervisors Investigators Attorneys and other staff within the Richmond Office as well as each regional office(Roanoke Northern Virginia Abingdon and Hampton Roads).This individual will assist with financial paperwork work on administrative assignments and act as a go-to person for MFCU staff that need administrative questions answered or tasks completed. Special projects will also be assigned so we are looking for a person who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Minimum QualificationsApplicants must have strong organizational skills ability to compose and/or review documents for clear concise and grammatically correct documents. Knowledge of business procedures office procedures and office equipment and its proper usage. Ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters. Ability to perform a wide variety of moderate to complex program and administrative support duties. Computer proficiency including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
