Administrative Fellow- Physician Enterprise
Physician Enterprise Fellowship: Drive Clinical Excellence, Shape Integrated Care & Lead Healthcare Innovation with CommonSpirit Health! Advance your career in healthcare administration with our immersive 18-month post-graduate program, meticulously designed to cultivate future leaders in physician enterprise management. Through focused rotational learning and hands-on project leadership, you'll gain diverse skills and broad understanding of the complexities involved in integrating, optimizing, and innovating within CommonSpirit Health's vast network of physician practices. This program offers distinctive tracks tailored to provide deep expertise and leadership development in specific regions or functional areas. Prepare to make a significant impact on clinical operations, strategy, and quality across our enterprise. This fellowship has an anticipated start date in July 2027 in the below locations:
- Central Region, Upper Central Region, Omaha NE
- California Region, Central Coast Market, Santa Maria CA
- Physician Enterprise Quality, Remote
What You'll Do:
- Meaningful Projects: Lead initiatives that support CommonSpirit Health's goals.
- Executive Mentorship: Work closely with executive sponsors to guide your rotations.
- Invest in Your Future: Customize your professional development through conferences, memberships, certifications, and more through a designated Fellow budget.
- Skill Development: Hone your management, decision-making, and change management abilities.
- Mentorship & Networking: Build relationships with leaders and peers.
- Hands-On Operations: Gain practical experience in various functional areas.
- Leadership Opportunities: Take on substantive projects to develop your skills.
- Diverse Experiences: This role offers hands-on experience in optimizing physician clinic operations, implementing value-based care initiatives, enhancing patient engagement through digital solutions, and driving overall network performance. The fellow will contribute to improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and ensuring a high-quality healthcare experience.

What You'll Need:
Master's Degree in either:
- Master of Health Administration (MHA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program
Graduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion
Experience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.
Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master's Degree between Spring 2024 and Spring 2028
Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.
