Administrative Specialist at Aston Carter
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative specialist to facilitate communication and manage the expectations, requirements, and timeline for migrating connections. You will contribute to the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of file transfer applications and related software.
Responsibilities:
- Contact internal and external parties to communicate expectations, requirements, and timelines for migrating connections.
- Manage migration timelines and target completion dates.
- Regularly report migration status and completion rate for all assigned connections.
- Contribute to the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of file transfer applications, tools, and related software.
- Manage large amounts of data in Excel, using filters, pivot tables, and macros.

- Excel data entry
Additional skills & qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in a business setting

This is a hybrid/remote position, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work environment.
Job type & location:
This is a contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.
Pay and benefits:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
