Are you ready to move the world forward Apply now.Job DescriptionStarting Rate $23.08/hr7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Monday - FridayThis role is responsible for organizing coordinating and expediting orders through the manufacturing process following order of materials until completion of the fabrication process.Essential Functions: Plan and organize order processing and manage the various situations encountered in the production processManage any order production and product issues in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfactionIssue and interpret computer shop reportsAssist in completion of the machine load reportsAssist in outsourcing to support in the production processCommunicate with logistics production supervisors and leads regard to loading availability of critical shipmentsCoordinate shop packet releasesCoordinate feedback to scheduling regarding the potential reschedules overloads and other anticipated problemsOther miscellaneous administrative duties as assignedRequired Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities): High School diploma and 2 years of work/educational experience or Associates DegreeStrong working knowledge of Microsoft products and other relevant softwareExcellent communication organizational analytical and interpersonal skillsStrong mathematical aptitudeThe ability to read and interpret shop blueprints and technical drawingsA strong working knowledge of spreadsheets data entry and computersAbility to work in a high volume fast paced environmentHighly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications:Minimum two years experience in a manufacturing or related environmentMust be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional resultsThe ability to keep a positive professional attitude in a fast paced hectic work environmentStrong leadership skills and the ability to support divisional business objectivesThe ability to identify and communicate maintenance or product problems to departmental supervisionThe ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environmentWorking Environment and Physical Efforts: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The incumbent is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time as well as talk and listen on the phone and in personal conversations or meetings. Environment is fast paced and demanding most of the time. While visiting the manufacturing areas of the plant use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required at all times. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms while working in the office with various files and forms and while working on the computer. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office. Incumbent must utilize proper ergonomic safeguards such as monitor height and positions keyboard location and height and proper wrists rests. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds in working with large files binders and computer equipment.
