Job Description

Our client in Boston MA is looking for a Administrative Support to join their team at their Comprehensive treatment center. This position will initially be temporary to provide coverage during an employees medical leave. There is potential for the role to become permanent if employee does not return.Overview:The Administrative Support I role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions in alignment with the clinics established office procedures. Responsibilities may include answering telephones billing typing/word processing operating office equipment and filing.Responsibilities:Perform general administrative duties in accordance with clinic office procedures including:Answering telephonesBilling supportTyping and word processingOperating office machinesFiling and document organizationOperate front desk duties during peak hours or when primary staff are unavailableSort organize and maintain office recordsAssist with new patient enrollment processesProvide support with insurance and billing reports as neededAssist with patient drug testing procedures when requiredPerform additional duties as assignedExpectations:Comply with all organizational policies procedures confidentiality standards and performance improvement initiativesCommunicate clearly and professionally with patients families guests and healthcare team membersDemonstrate therapeutic rapport with patients while maintaining professional boundaries respect for personal space and rational detachmentBuild and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships across the teamFoster mutual trust respect and collaboration among team membersEDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious administrative experienceSchedule:Monday-Friday5:30AM-11:30 AM Key Skills Business Intelligence,Car Driving,Analysis,Android,Fireworks Employment Type : Hourly Experience: years Vacancy: 1
