We're seeking a passionate and student-focused Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

As an Admissions Advisor at Baker College, you will provide comprehensive guidance and support to prospective and current students throughout the admissions and enrollment process, delivering student-centered outreach through a variety of recruitment channels to engage a diverse audience of learners and their families. Working under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, you will assist students in navigating educational opportunities, transfer credits, financial aid, and institutional policies while helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. This role includes maintaining ongoing communication with prospective students, managing admission records, tracking data, preparing reports, and contributing to the development and implementation of admissions policies and recruitment strategies. You will remain current on higher education trends, represent the institution at recruitment events, support departmental goals, participate in training and professional development, and ensure timely, ethical follow-up throughout the admission and onboarding process in alignment with the College's mission and values.

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a requirement for this role, while possessing a Master's degree is preferred. Candidates with 1-3 years of higher education admissions experience are required, though those with more than 3 years' experience are preferred. This experience equips individuals with the necessary background to effectively navigate the complexities of admissions processes and better support prospective students in their educational journey.
