Admissions Team Member - 16+ at Six Flags St. Louis
Job Description
Provide fast, friendly and welcoming service to our Guests while scanning and validating tickets and season passes, scanning or selling parking at Toll Plaza or working at Lost Parents and Rentals
Responsibilities:
- Execute the selling or scanning of parking for Guests at Toll Plaza
- Clean animal kennels at the end of the day and maintain inventory
- Direct traffic into the parking lot when needed
- Maintain proper documentation in both of our Lost Parents locations
- Accurately scan and activate tickets and Season Passes as Guests enter the park
- Friendly Guest Interaction providing directional assistance and information
- Rent out Strollers and Wheelchairs
- Maintain Lost and Found Inventory
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards
- Other duties as deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 15
- Some Basic Computer Skills Necessary
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Lost & Found/Rentals position requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs from the ground to shoulder level.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
Typical mid-level pay: $81k for Logisticians nationally
Senior roles pay 66% more than entry—experience is well rewarded.
