Advance Scouting Apprentice at The Houston Astros

Objective The Houston Astros Baseball Operations Department is seeking a hard-working individual to join our Advance Scouting team for the 2026 season! As the Advance Scouting Apprentice, you will work closely with the Manager of Major League Video and the rest of the team to help prepare our Major League coaches and players to take on upcoming opponents. Blending video, data, and first-hand evaluations, you will help compile reports that are used by staff and players. Your work will directly impact the wins and losses of our Major League team. You will also have an opportunity to gain exposure to other areas of the department throughout the year and assist in additional Baseball Operations projects. The position will be based in Houston, TX.
