Finance Analyst Supporting Back End Manufacturing Capital
The Finance Team supporting New Mexico and Oregon Manufacturing Factory Operations plays a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of the factory's operations. This specialized team is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the manufacturing processes, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting specific to the factory's needs.
Our team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as a Finance Analyst supporting Back End Manufacturing Capital. This position will be Finance support for forecasting and financial close for cap ex and depreciation for the New Mexico and Oregon manufacturing organizations. This position will also be critical in developing and driving process automation and simplification.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and analyze financial reconciliations, reports, and variance explanations to ensure accuracy and integrity in internal and external reporting.
- Create and maintain annual budgets and forecasts for multiple business units, departments, and the overall organization to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including project leads, managers, and business groups, through data analysis and financial assessments.
- Drive continuous improvements in month-end close processes and support management reporting related to operational performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and implement financial process improvements, leveraging tools and advanced technologies such as AI and process automation for efficiency and scalability.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $73,820.00-96,100.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
