Operations Finance Specialist

Intel is seeking a highly motivated Operations Finance Specialist to join our Advanced Packaging Foundry Finance team. This role is instrumental in shaping financial strategies while delivering data-driven insights to drive operational excellence. You will play an essential part in translating business strategy into actionable financial targets and supporting Intel's profitability goals. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes. The position offers the opportunity to directly impact Intel's success by optimizing investment priorities, driving key financial decisions, and developing automation solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing financial plans aligned with Intel's strategic goals, analyzing business performance against budget and forecasts, performing cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses, benchmarking key performance indicators, designing automated financial reports, driving financial evaluation improvements, collaborating with operational teams, and partnering with business teams to optimize investment budget and evaluation of strategic deals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles, experience in financial modeling and analysis, and experience in financial systems such as PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP, or similar tools. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or CPA, demonstrated ability to create actionable insights through data manipulation and reporting, experience in foundry finance or manufacturing, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, proven skills in scenario planning, capacity planning, or depreciation forecasting, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity.

Annual salary range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $97,210.00-163,990.00 USD. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
