About the Role

Chesapeake Urology is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our urology team. This position will include both outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient/hospital-based responsibilities.

Your primary practice responsibilities will include one to two days per week providing surgical support (including surgical assisting and hospital rounds) at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD, and three to four days per week of office-based practice at our Woodholme Clinic in Pikesville, MD, as directed by operational and patient care needs.

In this role, you will provide patient-centered care through evaluations, follow-up visits, hospital rounds, surgical assisting, and treatment planning in close collaboration with experienced physicians. You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values clinical excellence, mentorship, and strong patient relationships. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to participate in both clinic and hospital-based care within a leading private urology practice.
