Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an Advanced Practice Provider based in East Syracuse, NY. The role involves delivering patient-centered care, managing primary and acute healthcare needs, performing comprehensive evaluations, and developing tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, and providing patient education. This individual will play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes in primary and acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Women’s Healthcare and office Gynecology with the ability to provide comprehensive patient care
• Proficiency in managing patients for annual exams, family planning, contraception, acute Gyn problems and Perimenopausal and Menopausal management.
• Knowledge and practical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in New York State
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care, Women’s Health and Gynecology.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• New Graduates considered.
