Learn more about Vail Health here.About the opportunity:The Advanced Practice Provider will work under the direction of designated Colorado Mountain (CMM) Physicians to provide health care services and complete associated administrative duties.This is an Exempt/Salaried position based on a .6 FTE. Pay will be annualized accordingly.What you will do:1. Provide diagnostic therapeutic and preventive health care services in conjunction with busy physician team.2. Take medical histories examine and treat patients order and interpret laboratory tests and x-rays refill medications makediagnoses/differential diagnoses3. Treat minor injuries lacerations musculoskeletal injuries.4. Prescribe appropriate medications.5. Keep and maintain accurate timely and proper medical and business records to allow the hospital to bill and collect for services.6. Performs non-patient facing work duties including but not limited to patient messages eRx document review lab resultsmanagement and other remote patient facing needs as directed by and in conjunction with the Physicians.7. Role models the principals of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.8.
