Hourly Pay Range:$56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.Position HighlightsPosition: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) DEPT: Endeavor Health Medical Group Obstetrics and GynecologyLocation: 120 Spalding Drive Naperville ILFull Time 40 hours/wkHours: Monday Thursday and Friday with one early morning start and one evening per weekIF APPLICABLE- One Saturday per monthRequired Travel: Yes to Endeavor Health Medical group office in WoodridgeOutpatient Ambulatory OfficeSign-On Bonus Eligible for experienced candidatesJob DescriptionExciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in our Obstetrics and Gynecology Medical Group office. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s) provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations orders imaging lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status treatments and procedures. Follows patients through their course of treatment in the clinic setting. Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal patient pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate. Demonstrates evidence-based practice. Participates in the development implementation and evaluation of standards of practice in the specialty. Assesses the learning needs of patients and families across the continuum. Employs strategies interventions and teaching to promote maintain and improve health. Provide comprehensive health assessments differential diagnosis and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease. Promotes wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals families and communities. Works autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants. Positively contributes to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience. Participates in the development implementation and evaluation of service line goals. Supports the strategic plan of the organization. Adheres to all Endeavor Health policies and procedures.
