Come work with a dynamic group of talented professionals building applications that power the pursuit of justice.Job Description and Requirements Job ResponsibilitiesBuild user-facing features for our Relativity Privilege product (server-side)Improve and scale our complex distributed data processing pipelineCollaborate with team members to implement new features, bug fixes, and CI/CDBuild high quality, maintainable solutionsParticipate in code reviews and continue to develop your Engineering skillset with the latest AI tools and methods for developing softwareStay up-to-date with technologies and best practices related to CI/CD tooling and developer productivityImplement unit and integrations testsParticipate in on-call rotation and handle escalations as necessary Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in software developmentStrong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and computational complexityA self-starter driven to make an impactProficiency in Java or C#Comfortable working from Specifications to create a Technical Approach and scoping workAbility to consistently deliver modular and scalable solutions in a timely mannerObsession with software quality and empathy for customer experienceTechnical understanding and experience with at least two of the following DevOps Platforms: GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, and PulumiNice to HaveExperience building AI-powered products that use NLP, LLMsKnowledge of Linux * Knowledge of Go or Python languageKnowledge of NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB, CosmoDB, ElasticsearchFundamental knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based systemsExperience using and building dashboards in tools like New Relic, Grafana, SnowflakeExperience with distributed processing technologies, e.g. Spark, Hadoop, KafkaRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values:$103,000 and $155,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
