Hitachi Solutions a global Microsoft solutions integrator is seeking an Advisory Consultant to join our team. This versatile role will support our client projects across Advisory Disciplines combining elements of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Business Advisory and Learning to deliver comprehensive support for our clients business transformation initiatives.Role DescriptionAs an Advisory Consultant you will be an adaptable consulting professional flexing between client needs on projects. You will be responsible for interpreting and executing strategies that enable adoption readiness for end users including engagement utilization and proficiency to support value realization and ROI for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate collaborative discovery workshops and envision sessions to define future state business processesParticipate in stakeholder interviews to identify group impacts support assessments and to understand business processes/end user experienceUnderstand data needs engage in data gathering activities and perform subsequent analysis to identify patterns and understand gaps to assess the current state and future state needsSupport the creation of understand and interpret user flows and personasAssess and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and bolster change adoptionDesign and develop learning experiences through various adult learning methods and learning development formatsDevelop and deliver training communication plans and coaching strategiesMap current and future state business processesSupport the identification and measurement of business value metrics and report on progress to internal and external audiencesCreate and refine product backlogs Qualifications : Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree required; Masters degree in related fields (e.g. Organizational Development Instructional Design Business Administration) is a plus3 years of professional consulting experienceStrong understanding of change management methodologies; certifications such as Prosci are advantageousExperience in learning design and development including various delivery methodsExcellent interpersonal skills that enable effective relationship development and managementEffective written visual and verbal communication with proficiency across the Microsoft suite and related tools with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiencesExperience in helping organizations implement Microsoft technologies including Dynamics Azure Services Data and Analytics and Power Platform a plusExperience working in agile project teams and with distributed teams using collaboration toolsAdaptable and resilient with the ability to work in ambiguous situationsAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel across the United States & Canada as requested by clientsExperience with advanced learning development software (e.g. Camtasia Articulate Storyline) is a plusStrong visual design and development skills are beneficialAdditional Information : We are an equal opportunity employer.
