If you have a passion for community engagement making a difference the lives of young people from 14-21 years of age are self- motivated and like to make your own schedule we have the job for you.Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-ExemptSummary of the Position: This is an hourly part-time position providing mentorship and advocacy for youth and families throughout Greene.The ideal candidate will be dependable committed and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in community school and home settings.The Primary responsibilitiesof the Advocate are to initiate organize plan develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.
