Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and skilled Aerial Silks Instructors to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerial arts, and a genuine love for teaching students of all ages. This role involves creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students can develop their dance skills, express themselves creatively, and build confidence.
Responsibilities
Implement lesson plans based on our syllabi and help develop upper level syllabi.
Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students, promoting both individual growth and teamwork.
Choreograph routines for our aerial recital.
Give input on rigging, perform safety checks.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.
Collaborate with other instructors and office team
Help maintain a safe and clean studio environment conducive to learning.
Engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
Proven experience in aerial arts
Experience working with students of varying ages, including children, teens, and adults.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Ability to work within deadlines and maintain organizatiion
A passion for aerial arts
