Job Description SummaryThe CFO AEO leads the Finance team across Commercial Engines and Services for the Aeroderivatives Product Line partnering with the GM AEO to deliver business results.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities- Manage and oversee entire Aeroderivatives product line financials for both original equipment and aftermarket product offerings- Use Lean to improve operational performance deliver better visibility and connection between operations and financials and simplify work for the team- Drive accurate and complete financials and utilize financial reporting to drive operational action- Effectively communicate key dynamics of the program to both internal and external stakeholders- Provide insight into forecasting & performance of the business to operating leader- Maintain the highest standards of controllership compliance & rigor partnering consistently and effectively with controllership supply chain engineering- Develop and nurture strong relationships with external channels and operating partners- Structure negotiate and execute complex commercial arrangements- Manage capital allocation modeling and decisions- Develop team and contribute to career planning and broader Commercial Engines and Services talent initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited university or college5-10 years of relevant experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDesired CharacteristicsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Ability to document plan market and execute programs. Established project management skills. Demonstrated success working with third parties.The base pay range for this position is $150000- $200000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary.
