Must be able to lay-up all skins on form tools with minimal supervision
Must read and interpret blueprint and process specifications
Recognize differences among insulation materials and fabric coverings
Build, vacuum bag, cure, using air circulator ovens or autoclave
Cut material as required for fabrication
Read Vernier dial calipers, micrometers, tape measure, weight scales, pie tapes, and other measuring equipment as required
Be able to use: cements, coatings, release agents, sealants, and plastic laminators
Be able to insulate a variety of ducts with minimal supervision
Maintain satisfactory levels of production - both quality and quantity
Perform other duties as assigned.
