Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Revitalize SkinMD is looking to hire a highly motivated, enthusiastic, experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or PA who truly enjoys aesthetics and doing cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra and more. We offer a highly competitive base salary + incentive compensation package commensurate with experience.The ideal candidate will possess the following, but not limited to: Certified in Cosmetic Injectable treatmentsHave Experience and Enjoy doing Botox and Dermal filler injectionsMust be highly professional in appearance and conduct at all timesReflect an enthusiastic, welcoming and positive attitude alwaysSuper friendly and genuinely enjoy talking to peopleDependable, hard-working, and flexibility with work hours and work duties/routineEmphasize exceptional customer service, treatments and a consistently great experience for clientsMust be detail-oriented, consistent, & methodical in doing treatmentsEnjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with other professionalsDevelop proficiency with our client consultation processAbility to deliver safe & effective treatments using protocols but also individual customization and critical thinking skillsDevelop a working knowledge of all aesthetic treatments and products offered at our clinic, be able to effectively communicate these with clients, and effect sales of appropriate products and servicesExperience working with an EMR; good computer skillsSales and/or strong customer-service background a plusRequirements:Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.Prior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Filler.2+ years of experience working as a nurse and comfortability with needles.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent understanding of dermatology and skincare treatment preferred.Exceptional communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.Empathetic approach towards patient needs and concerns.Empower Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Join us in our mission to empower individuals to look and feel their best.
