Aesthetician – Plastic Surgery Practice at Landford Plastic Surgery

Landford Plastic Surgery Anywhere

JOB DESCRIPTION

About Landford Plastic Surgery

Landford Plastic Surgery is a physician-led, high-end practice known for natural, refined surgical results and an elevated patient experience.

Our focus extends beyond surgery—we are building a comprehensive, results-driven program centered around both pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery, supporting patients at every stage of their journey.

This is not a volume-based med spa environment. Our patients expect discretion, expertise, and a level of care that reflects a true luxury medical practice.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Aesthetician to work directly alongside Dr. Landford, specializing in pre- and post-surgical skincare, lymphatic drainage, and advanced treatment protocols.

This role is part of a strategic expansion of our non-surgical services, built on an established surgical practice with consistent patient demand. You will step into a position with immediate opportunity to grow, refine, and elevate this offering alongside Dr. Landford.

In addition to delivering exceptional patient care, we are looking for someone with the experience and confidence to help build and expand this service line.

  • Contribute to the development of treatment offerings and protocols
  • Help shape the overall non-surgical patient experience
  • Bring insight from prior experience in a high-performing aesthetic or plastic surgery practice

This role is ideal for someone who understands what it takes to grow a results-driven skincare program and can step in with minimal training.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Deliver advanced skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and superficial chemical peels
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care, including lymphatic drainage and recovery support
  • Prepare patients for surgery with appropriate skincare protocols
  • Support post-surgical healing and optimize outcomes
  • Perform detailed consultations and create personalized, results-driven treatment plans
  • Recommend and manage medical-grade skincare regimens
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and clinical awareness
  • Create a seamless, high-touch patient experience from consultation through recovery
  • Support the continued development and growth of the non-surgical service line

Who This Role Is For

  • Licensed Aesthetician (Maryland)
  • 3+ years in medical aesthetics or a strong aesthetic background with a desire to specialize in surgical care
  • Experience with lymphatic drainage or willingness to be trained
  • Experience working in or contributing to a successful aesthetic or plastic surgery practice strongly preferred
  • Comfortable in a clinical, physician-led environment
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with patients
  • Confident in recommending treatments without being overly sales-driven
  • Detail-oriented, polished, and professional

Compensation

  • $34–$40/hour base pay (based on experience)
  • Commission on services performed
  • On-target earnings: $75,000–$95,000+ annually
  • High-performing providers have the opportunity to exceed this range

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Professional growth and development opportunities

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work directly alongside a board-certified plastic surgeon
  • Strategic role in building and growing a high-value service line
  • Specialize in a high-skill, high-demand niche (pre- and post-surgical care)
  • Consistent patient flow driven by surgical volume
  • Build long-term patient relationships and a loyal following
  • Join a growing, high-end practice with a strong reputation and clear vision
