Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAesthetics Territory Manager Position SummaryOur rapidly growing client is a commercial stage biotechnology company focused on innovative aesthetic, therapeutic and financial technology offerings, setting a new standard in aesthetic healthcare. Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesAttain or exceed quarterly territory sales objectivesExecute sales and marketing strategiesBuild and nurture relationships with customersProvide and filter key market insights back to sales and marketing managementWork effectively with teammatesMaintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectivesPerform sales calls with customers and potential customers as assignedMaintain accurate reporting, records, and filesPositively represent Revance throughout customer locationsActively participate in scheduled Company sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetingsDemonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliancePerform other duties as assigned EducationBS/BA Degree or equivalentExperience:Minimum Required:2+ years sales account experienceDocumented track record of exceeding sales objectivesConsultative sales trainingAbility to travelPreferred:2+ years in pharmaceutical, device, and/or healthcare industryExperience in medical aesthetics, working in dermatology or plastic surgeryNew product launch experienceExperience in buy and bill or cash pay medicine Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMinimum Required:Exhibit a high degree of technical expertisePossess advanced business acumen; understands competitors, influencers, industry trendsAbility to work in a launch or fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environmentComfortable with ambiguity and changeStrong knowledge of analytics, budgeting and key revenue drivers; able to leverage data to target and prioritize opportunitiesDemonstrate perseverance; resiliency and positive, ‘can-do’ attitudeDemonstrate passion, enthusiasm and extreme drive for resultsPossess a “self-starter,” entrepreneurial spirit with extreme accountability/ownership for territory resultsAbility to build buy-in, persuade and influence othersAbility to connect with, build, and maintain customer relationshipsPossesses cross functional knowledge in areas including: marketing, sales, finance/budget; data analytics; experience with working with finance/budgetStrong analytical, consulting, and business planning skillsAdvanced knowledge of the aesthetic categoryExcellent written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to easily build relationships and work across diverse customer baseAdvanced presentation skills; ability to engage and meet the needs of various audiencesValid driver’s license
