Visit our Mission and Culture doc here.About the RoleWere hiring a hands-on execution-focused Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale our affiliate channel end-to-end. This is a contract role for a strategic operator who knows how to turn affiliate into a revenue engine not just manage a program.Youll manage Rewardful activate affiliates and run a multi-agency process to accelerate acquisition. Youll build the foundation test what scales and drive channel outcomes independently with support from Growth as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program OwnershipManage Rewardful: onboarding payouts updates audits optimizationActivate current HeyGen users into affiliates through scalable campaignsLaunch targeted plays to recruit high-quality new affiliatesRefine positioning comms and incentives for different affiliate segmentsAgency Sourcing & ManagementSource and onboard 23 affiliate agencies to run acquisition experiments in parallelOwn agency management: scopes pacing expectations communicationDevelop clear benchmarks to evaluate performance and recommend scale/sunsetChannel Execution & ScalingBuild and maintain program infrastructure that supports scaleIdentify early signals unblock friction points and ship fast experimentsCollaborate with Growth on prioritization and cross-functional supportWho Were Looking For4 years in affiliate marketing partnerships or performance-driven growthProven experience building or scaling an affiliate program (SaaS or product-led preferred)Comfortable owning agency relationships including evaluation and accountabilityStrong operational range: you can build a plan execute and iterate without waiting for directionExperience with Rewardful PartnerStack or similar platformsContract DetailsFull-time contractor (40 hours/week)Multi-month engagement with potential to extendLocation: Los Angeles preferred (remote OK for the right candidate)Reports to: Growth Marketing ManagerCompensation: Based on experienceHeyGen is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
