Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGenesis Properties is recruiting a LIHTC Leasing Agent for a property in Richmond, Virginia.The ideal candidate will have:LIHTC leasing experience preferredOneSite experience preferredAn upbeat and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi taskGreat communication skills (both written and verbal)This position will require you to generate traffic and new move-ins to keep up the occupancy of our properties. You will be responsible for processing applications, as well as helping out with other office tasks. These tasks include filing, answering the phone, entering service requests for residents, completing pre-move in inspections. You will be responsible for marketing and posting Craigslists Ads.
