Position Type:Community Education/Site LeaderDate Posted:10/28/2025Location:Oak Grove Middle SchoolDistrict:Bloomington Public Schools Position: Fusion Site Lead (After School Site Lead) Effective Date: ASAP Starting Pay: Class V- ranging from $19.54-27.31 per hour Hours: 9:30-5:30 Monday-Thursday and 9:30-3:30 Fridays. 170 days per year based on student school year calendar Required Experience: Experience coordinating school programs includingstaff hiring and supervision. Experience collaborating with school staff and community partners. Experienceworking with middle school youth. Responsibilities: This position will support after school programming under the Director of Learning Supports.Provide direct supervision and supportto program staff Plan and coordinate daily activities Collaborate with Director of Learning Supports building administration and staff Support quality programming each day Keep accurate and timely program attendance and other records Coordinate with Special Education staff to fulfill student IEP needs Benefits: Bloomington Public Schools offers a variety of benefits to help take care of employees health and well-being.
