Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person who would like to teach and care for young children! Shifts available2:30 - 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm Monday through FridayNo Weekends!Pay: $12 - $16, depending on experienceTEACHING Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum. General everyday cleanup after activities and snack and complete cleanup check list at the end of the night. Treat children with compassion, dignity and respect. Communicate in a professional manner with parent, staff and management. Establish a positive image as a role model for our children and families. Responsible for a nightly chore around the center and help on assigned laundry day. Dress in a professional service manner. Follows all Little Endeavors policies. Respect the policy of the children and family's confidentiality. CO-WORKERS Strive to assume a fair share of work. Is tactful with negative information. Maintain communication with morning staff. Maintain communication with the director. Approach criticism with a learning attitude. Come to work with a positive attitude. Is friendly and respectful. Looks for ways to be helpful around the center. Is flexible when needed around the center by the director. Communicates directly, avoids gossip.
