Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person who would like to teach and care for young children!Shifts available2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday through FridayNo weekends or holidays!Pay: $13 an hour, depending on experienceTEACHINGAssist in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum.General everyday cleanup after activities and snack and complete cleanup check list at the end of the night.Treat children with compassion, dignity and respect.Communicate in a professional manner with parent, staff and management.Establish a positive image as a role model for our children and families.Responsible for a nightly chore around the center and help on assigned laundry day.Dress in a professional service manner.Follows all Little Endeavors policies.Respect the policy of the children and family's confidentiality.CO-WORKERSStrive to assume a fair share of work.Is tactful with negative information.Maintain communication with morning staff.Maintain communication with the director.Approach criticism with a learning attitude.Come to work with a positive attitude.Is friendly and respectful.Looks for ways to be helpful around the center.Is flexible when needed around the center by the director.Communicates directly, avoids gossip.
