Job DescriptionThe Agency Partnerships Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Agency Partnerships team by ensuring smooth operations managing client communications and enabling successful execution of strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is detail-oriented and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.This role is hybrid which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.What Youll Do:Coordinate meetings calls and follow-ups between partnership leaders and agency clientsPrepare and organize sales materials presentations and proposals for key accountsMaintain CRM systems and ensure accurate up-to-date client recordsTrack performance metrics compile insights and generate reports for leadership reviewAssist with contract processing invoicing and documentation to ensure timely executionProvide administrative and operational support for deal management and campaign deliveryAct as a liaison between internal teams (marketing finance operations) and agency partners to resolve issues and streamline workflowsSupport leaders in managing agency relationships and executing partnership strategiesBasic Qualifications:2 years of media and/ or advertising experience in sales support account coordination or client servicesFamiliarity with CRM tools (Sales Force) and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in business marketing communications or related fieldWhats in it for youWere committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
