We are passionate about making a difference and giving students the space to learn at their own pace. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Teacher role based in Wilmington, DE. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality, one-on-one instruction tailored to students’ individual needs. Additional responsibilities include assessing students' progress, customizing lesson plans, and employing effective teaching strategies to ensure academic growth and success. Collaborating with staff and creating a supportive learning environment will also be key aspects of the role. QualificationsStrong teaching skills, including the ability to create and adapt lesson plans and deliver content effectively in one-on-one settings.Subject matter expertise in relevant academic subjects and skill in providing targeted assistance where required.Excellent communication abilities, including listening, explaining, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for students of all ages.Organizational and professional time management abilities to track and assess student progress effectively.Relevant teaching degree in Education or a related field.Dedication to providing exceptional education and promoting academic growth among students.IndustryEducation - Bachalors degreeEmployment TypePart-time, flexible, Fridays off, work 9-2 4 days
