Agriculture Part-time Lab Technician at Ivy Tech Community College

General Purpose and Scope of the position:These positions are part-time temporary positions filled each semester on an as-needed basis.Responsibilities include assisting Program Chair in special projects and/or Faculty in agriculture business or horticulture labs; setting up lab equipment; equipment maintenance; and clean-up after labs and as needed.Minimum Qualifications:Enrolled as an agriculture student at Ivy Tech Lafayette campus. Computer literate with good Excel knowledge.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience operating and maintaining agriculture equipment. Familiar with horticulture equipment and green house operations.Other Requirements:Copies of transcripts may be required at time of interview. Original transcripts will be required at time of hire.
