AH-64 MRO Process/Product InspectorCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services is looking for a AH-64 MRO Process/Product Inspector to join the growing team in Mesa AZ.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Assembles disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing removing replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes. Oversees assembly disassembly or overhaul. Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment. Troubleshoots complex pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g. repairs test results applicable modifications and inspection results). Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements. Oversees training. Works under general direction.Responsible for inspecting products and documenting potential non-conformances while evaluating parts for processing. Collaborate with disassembly repair assembly and test teams to ensure the production of high-quality products. Coordinate with engineering materials management and production control while leading root cause corrective actions for non-conformance issues. Perform Preliminary Release dispositions oversee personnel training and manage daily scheduled deliveries and task assignments.
