At GA Telesis, our core business is integrated aviation solutions, and our mission is customer success. The Quality Control Inspector plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with company processes at our Component facility in Miami. This position is responsible for performing incoming and outgoing inspections of aircraft parts and materials, along with required production procedures. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Engineering, the ideal individual will be quality-oriented, attentive to detail, self-motivated, reliable, able to multi-task and to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet quality product expectations.**Important Notice:  Eligibility Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The company does not provide visa sponsorship or accept candidates requiring sponsorship. Responsibilities:Conduct a complete vision inspection of all incoming parts and materials, including inspecting items being shippedEnsure products meet company standards before they are sent out or placed on the inventory shelvesHandling material with necessary precaution and in accordance with requirements for safe handlingReview material specifications to compare to inventory parts Ensures production and processes adhere to standards with legal requirements Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual inspection, and communicating required adjustments to the production department Document inspection results by completing reports and logs for quality assurance Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent Airframe and Powerplant License required1-2 yrs.
