JOB TITLE: AI Education & Adoption Lead JOB LOCATION: St. Petersburgh, FL (Hybrid) (10-12 days onsite per month) WAGE RANGE*: $90-105/hr. JOB NUMBER: 3657671 JOB DESCRIPTION Role OverviewThe AI Education & Adoption Lead is a senior-level strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI literacy, training, and change-management programs across all business lines. This leader will ensure employees—from advisors to operations teams to executives—understand how to use AI responsibly, effectively, and confidently. You will work cross-functionally with technology, risk, HR, product, and business leaders to cultivate a culture of AI-driven innovation while ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with corporate strategy. Key Responsibilities AI Enablement & Training Build and execute the firm's enterprise AI education strategy, from foundational literacy to role-specific upskilling. Develop comprehensive training programs, certifications, workshops, and learning pathways. Curate and deliver engaging content such as e-learning modules, live training, labs, and hands-on use-case sessions. Partner with Learning & Development to integrate AI training into existing corporate curricula. Enterprise Adoption Strategy Drive broad and consistent adoption of AI tools, copilots, automation solutions, and advanced analytics platforms across all functions. Identify and prioritize high-value user groups; create adoption playbooks and rollout frameworks. Work with business leaders to ensure adoption KPIs are met, communicated, and continuously improved. Change Management & Communications Lead organization-wide change-management initiatives to ensure smooth rollout of AI capabilities. Create communication strategies to increase awareness, understanding, and enthusiasm for AI. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-friendly language for varied audiences. Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a strategic partner to technology, compliance, legal, data governance, and business unit leaders. Ensure all educational content reflects regulatory, ethical, and risk-management standards. Align AI training/adoption goals with broader firm strategy and transformation initiatives. User Insights & Continuous Improvement Gather user feedback, identify barriers to adoption, and propose improvements to AI tools and processes. Track metrics including adoption rates, proficiency scores, productivity impact, and satisfaction. Maintain a pulse on emerging trends in AI, learning science, and financial-services innovation. Qualifications Required 7–12+ years of experience in AI enablement, digital adoption, L&D, product evangelism, technology strategy, or similar fields. Strong understanding of AI concepts, generative AI, machine learning, and responsible AI principles. Experience driving enterprise-level transformation in highly regulated industries (preferably financial services). Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to executives and large audiences. Experience designing and scaling educational programs for diverse professional populations. Strong change-management expertise (e.g., Prosci, organizational transformation experience). Preferred Experience working within a large, global financial institution or Fortune 100 environment. Background in wealth management, advisory services, or financial technology. Familiarity with AI governance, AI-powered productivity tools, and enterprise generative AI platforms. Master's degree in Education, Learning Sciences, Business, Data Science, or related field.
