Job Title: AI Lead Location: Plano TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Responsibilities: Define and execute strategies for deploying agentic AI systems that autonomously perform tasks make decisions and interact with users and environments Architect multi-agent systems leveraging frameworks like LangGraph AutoGen Crew AI and integrate them with enterprise platforms. Design and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs RAG pipelines and agentic frameworks. Fine-tune models using techniques such as LoRA QLoRA PEFT for domain-specific tasks. Build integrations with cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock Azure OpenAI GCP Vertex AI). Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions-from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Data Engineering UX) to ensure production readiness Establish AI governance safety protocols and compliance with regulations (HIPAA GDPR for healthcare). Promote responsible AI adoption and ethical practices Drive proof-of-concepts and convert learnings into scalable frameworks and playbooks. Champion cultural change for AI-first processes and workforce reskilling Skills: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science AI/ML Data Science or related field 4 years in software engineering or data science. 2 3 years in Gen AI or LLM-based systems. Hands-on experience with Python ML libraries (Hugging Face LangChain PyTorch) and vector databases (FAISS Pinecone). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP). REST API development containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of agentic workflows autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.
