The global HR organization includes HR business partners learning and development talent acquisition compensation and benefits employee communications and HR system operations.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWhat Youll Do:AI Development:Build and prototype features using Generative AI models and Power Platform tools to streamline NPI deliverables.Automate input and tracking of engineering change orders and process documentation.Process Engineering:Map and optimize existing processes for quality control and efficiency.Validate data sources and improve documentation standards.Analyze impacts of Engineering Change Order (ECO) releases on Product Support Organization.Collaboration:Work with multi-functional teams: Supply Chain Manufacturing Field Engineers and Product Support.Partner with other interns and engineers on a key aspect of a larger project.What Were Looking For:Technical Skills:Familiarity with Python Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.Understanding of Generative AI models (OpenAI Azure AI etc.).Basic knowledge of process mapping data validation and analytical modeling.Mindset:Self-motivated detail-oriented and comfortable in a process-heavy environment.Curious and adaptable with a builders mentality.Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Minimum QualificationsRequires less than 1 year of related experienceBase Pay Range: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour based on pursuit of a MastersPrimary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLAKLAs total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical dental vision life and other voluntary benefits 401(K) including company matching employee stock purchase program (ESPP) student debt assistance tuition reimbursement program development and career growth opportunities and programs financial planning benefits wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP) paid time off and paid company holidays and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
