Job Title: AI Solutions Lead Specialist Engineer Location: Orlando FL Experience Required: 12 Years Employment Type: Contract Interview Type: In-Person or Webcam Job Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead Specialist Engineer to architect design and deliver end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with AI/ML model development cloud-based deployments and leading technical teams. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions and ensure high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of AI/ML solutions including model architecture training tuning and deployment. Collaborate with product owners business teams and data engineering teams to gather requirements and define solution strategies. Build deploy and optimize machine learning models using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. Oversee full lifecycle of AI projects including data preparation feature engineering testing and implementation. Guide team members with technical leadership best practices and hands-on mentoring. Evaluate emerging AI technologies tools and methodologies to support innovation. Implement MLOps practices for automated model deployment monitoring and performance tracking. Ensure model security ethical standards and compliance with data governance requirements. Present complex technical concepts and project results to stakeholders and senior leadership. Required Qualifications 12 years of professional experience in AI Machine Learning Data Science or related engineering fields. Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn Keras or similar. Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud including AI/ML services. Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts SQL/NoSQL databases data pipelines and ETL processes. Experience implementing MLOps using tools such as Docker Kubernetes MLflow Kubeflow SageMaker Vertex AI or Databricks. Ability to lead technical teams and manage end-to-end project delivery. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with generative AI technologies LLMs and RAG-based architectures. Prior experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications and APIs. Familiarity with NLP computer vision deep learning and predictive analytics. Experience with DevOps tools such as Git Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Background in mathematics statistics or advanced algorithmic design. Previous experience in a leadership or architect-level role.
