Position Details: Job Title: AI Technical Architect Work Location: Minneapolis MN Duration: Long Term Job Description Role Description & Outcome The AI Architect will serve as the strategic and technical lead responsible for designing and driving the end-to-end AI tool evaluation process. The role ensures the strategic selection and secure architectural integration of new AI technologies aligned with the enterprise roadmap. Roles & Responsibilities Design the AI tool evaluation framework including tool categories standardized intake and recommendation criteria. Lead a cross-functional team and act as the primary liaison between the evaluation team and executive sponsors. Design the high-level security and compliance architecture for the Model Control Point (MCP) server. Translate business unit requirements into clear measurable technical and architectural parameters for PoC execution. Present final recommendations (A B C or D) and architectural integration plans to the governance board. Must-Have Skills Strong expertise in Generative AI architecture and model deployment pipelines. 5 years experience in IT Architecture or Technology Consulting. Proven ability to lead and drive complex cross-functional technology initiatives. Deep understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) and related security protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience defining governance structures (CoE review boards etc.). Cloud architecture certifications (Azure Architect AWS Solutions Architect etc.). Background in developing ML/AI systems.
