Job Description

This position is responsible for developing, managing, and leading LGE's digital banking platform as well as the product lifecycle management (PLM) of digital channel technologies. The Digital Technology Product Manager will research and implement initiatives to bring digital banking innovation across all LGE business units in support of LGE's strategic objectives. A visionary mindset and the ability to influence the adoption of digital technology services, deepen member engagement, and collaborate with all levels of the organization to bring value to LGE's membership will be critical in this role.What You'll DoLead the product lifecycle management (PLM) of digital technologies including scheduled and on-demand digital banking product releasesLead a team of digital technology analysts to complete credit union, business, and IT digital objectivesDevelop direct reports to their highest potential by identifying development/growth areas and appropriately coaching to increase overall team performance.Assists in developing short and long-term objectives, goals, and strategies for the digital technology analystsDevelop and refine strategic 3-5 year roadmap for digital technology products and servicesServe as the "member experience" liaison and digital technology representative on strategic initiativesManage, research, and implement digital banking platform improvements including custom development and third-party integrationsPartner with FinTech and other third-party IT service providers to deliver digital innovation to LGE's membershipCollaborate with LGE business units to evaluate new digital products/features, drive digital technology initiatives, and provide support/training of business objectivesCoordinate business and IT project activities across multiple teams to ensure successful completion of digital product releases, member experience designs, and product implementationsResponsible for Agile digital banking product lifecycle management including but not limited to:initiatingplanningscope/user story definitiondesignexecutiontrainingdeliverysupport transitionEstablish digital technology standards, goals, and metrics to measure success and effectiveness of digital channels and servicesDefine and improve product management processes and methodologies to ensure products are implemented on time and within budget, while adhering to high-quality standards and exceeding member expectationsManage third-party digital technology programming teams and development tasks in support of digital banking initiativesIdentify digital channel systems and related IT infrastructure for consolidation and/or optimization purposesPromote and facilitate adherence to organizational project governance procedures/processesAssist with research, selection, negotiation, and management of external consultants or vendorsApply your knowledge and experience of credit union industry digital products and services to project activitiesResponsible for budgeting annual digital technology operations and strategic initiativesBe familiar with and follow all policies, procedures and processes which have been established in order to meet compliance requirements of all applicable federal regulations. The regulations include but are not limited to the Privacy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Reg. CC and Patriot ActWho You AreRequired: Bachelor' s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fieldRequired: 3+ years experience within a digital project or product management functionPreferred: 3+ years financial services industry experienceFamiliarity with SaaS, Web, UI/UX, and Mobile programming languages and concepts (.Net, APIs)Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to all audiencesDemonstrated success partnering with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic digital servicesAbility to communicate and influence senior-level leadership with the ability to build trust and obtain agreement on important outcomes
