Fabricate install and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings per work order or customer requestPerform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as requiredAdhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory Shop and / or Hanger positions)Comply with environmental health / safety policies / proceduresParticipate in 5-S activitiesAssist with additional work on drop-ins and planned maintenance within the facility during slow periods of unplanned work as neededClean aircraft as requiredTravel on international assignments if requiredAssist with maintenance at off-site locations as neededAssist with other maintenance disciplines as neededQualifications : You typically have 3-5 years of Interiors Remove & Install experience on corporate aircraftYou demonstrate the ability to break down cabinets remove hardware inlay etc.You demonstrate ability to strip finish utilizing heat and scraperYou have experience with sanding and prepping raw veneer and hardwood for finish including touching up defects in veneerYou can mix match and apply stains and paints on new veneersYou have knowledge on spraying polyester base coats and urethane top coatsYou have experience with Aircraft touch upYou demonstrate the ability to mask and unmask components for finish processYou demonstrate mechanical aptitudeYou demonstrate the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawingsYou demonstrate the ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft statusYou have Basic PC skillsAdditional Information : Heres a heads-up of the upcoming steps:Phone Interview with Recruiter: Well begin with an introductory call to discuss your background and interest in the role. Interview with the Hiring ManagerOffer Letter: Well extend you an offer and start the onboarding process.Background Check & DOT Drug Screen: This step involves conducting a comprehensive background check which includes reviewing criminal history and other relevant records.
