Job Description: What You Will Be Doing: You will be the F-16 Aircraft Modification Technician for the Aircraft Modification Team which is responsible for delivering precise (Structural) modifications to F-16 aircraft stationed in Poland - Multi-site options (Lask and/or Poznan) The home office is located in Greenville South Carolina. The position will require frequent domestic and international travel. Must be able to obtain and maintain passport for international travel. Additional requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Heavy Depot Level Maintenance, Repair and modification of the aircraft structure and major subassembly's. Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair various sheet metal and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies utilizing precision measuring equipment.
- Progressive and documented experience in the fighter aircraft maintenance environment.
- Work concurrently with the Polish Air Force personnel on the modification of their F-16 fleet.
- The candidate will be able to complete jobs in maintenance data collection systems, adhere to all technical orders, fault isolation manuals, ground operating procedures and local operational instructions.

Further Information About This Opportunity: MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Candidate must have strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must read, write and speak English fluently.
Physical Requirements: This position may include certain required health screenings and immunizations. Position may also require extended work hours. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist. Confined Space Entry.
Desired skills: - F16 Nose to Tail experience in Structures career field. - Experience working in Foreign locations with minimal support. - Experience working and coordinating with foreign military personnel. - Possess previous instructor / training experience.

Ability to work remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
