Responsibilities for alarm technician Install new systems and upgrades, including burglar alarm, access control, and surveillance systems. Fire alarm technicians install fire alarm systems in various environments, ensuring that all components are correctly connected and comply with local building codes and regulations. They conduct routine inspections and tests to verify that fire alarm systems, including smoke detectors and control panels, are functioning properly. This includes cleaning devices, replacing batteries, and performing repairs as needed. Deliver maintenance and in-service trainings to customer Provide technical support and resolution to the customers Work during the weekend to accommodate customer or job requirements as needed.
