Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Alignment Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, tire services, and minor suspension repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alignment equipment, general automotive maintenance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate and efficient alignments using Hunter alignment systemsMount, dismount, balance, and rotate tiresRepair tires and conduct minor suspension repairsPerform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenanceOperate all tools and equipment in a safe and professional mannerEnsure proper handling of customer vehicles at all timesLicenses and Certifications:Valid Driver’s LicenseLevel 2 Hunter Alignment CertificationState Vehicle Inspector License (Preferred but not required)ASE Certifications (Preferred but not required)Working knowledge of:Basic automotive mechanics and maintenanceBasic computer systemsSkills and Competencies:Strong automotive aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to use alignment machines and other repair toolsExcellent communication skills and a team-first attitudeWillingness to participate in ongoing in-house trainingGood driving record and professional reliabilityExperience:Previous experience in a professional automotive repair environmentFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and equipmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently, and up to 100 lbs occasionallyComfortable working on your feet for extended periodsFrequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and use of hand and power toolsWe're more than just a service provider-we're a team driven by purpose, urgency, and care.
