Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAll-Abilities Gymnastics InstructorAre you passionate about working with children and helping them develop their physical and mental abilities through gymnastics? Do you have experience in coaching gymnastics and creating customized lesson plans that suit different needs, ages, and skill levels? If so, we are looking for you!We are a gymnastics center that offers classes for children of all abilities, in our IMPACT class structure. We are looking for an instructor who can lead a group of volunteers, parents, and students in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You will be responsible for:Designing and implementing lesson plans that incorporate basic gymnastics skills and equipmentMotivating and improving the performance of students within the IMPACT programEnsuring the safety and maintenance of the equipment and the gymResponding to minor incidents and emergenciesCommunicating with parents and staff about the progress and goals of the studentsTo be a successful all-abilities instructor, you should have:A high school diploma or equivalentA CPR and first aid certificationA positive, patient, and compassionate attitudeA flexible schedule that includes weekendsNot required but preferredExperience working with kids Certification in Special Education or related fieldIf you are interested in joining our team, please apply via our website worldelitekids.com.
