The role also will support the account team and agency business initiatives with industry expertise idea generation and development of presentation materials. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments brings strong Olympic and sports partnership experience and consistently delivers thoughtful polished and high-impact client work.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the day-to-day management of a major technology client and all partnership activities tied to its Olympic portfolio including overall project management (e.g. project plans timelines agency integration and deliverables)Develop and lead on sponsorship rights and asset management processesCoordinate and manage activation programming with client functional teams and relevant agency partners in connection with clients sponsorship platformsProvide strategic thinking and POVs for LA28 sponsorship initiatives. Specific initiatives could include event activation development talent / influencer strategy customer engagement hospitality programming media integration strategy etc.Manage client-vendor relationships and coordinate necessary deliverables on behalf of clientManage project budgets and invoicing deadlinesLead key meetings with internal & external constituentsProvide support to Director and VP on overarching account management and planningQUALIFICATIONSClient-based account management experience; including partnership marketing event marketing creative services public relations and / or mediaPrior Olympic sponsorship experience requiredProject management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and with a larger teamExperience with on-site event management event execution and vendor managementAbility to think strategically and creatively and can problem solve independentlyAbility to handle precise asset management records allocation tracking and reconciliationExceptional organizational skillsExcellent time management written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel approximately 25% of the timeProficient in Microsoft suite (in particular PowerPoint Word Excel)Able to work weekend holiday and non-traditional hours as requiredCOMPENSATIONBase Salary Range:$75000 - $90000CONTACT INFORMATIONFounded in 2007 Prodigy Search located in the New York City suburb of Freehold NJ boasts over 80 years of experience in the sports and entertainment business.
