Alternative Investments Subscriptions Analyst

MSWM's Alternative Investments business is an industry leading provider of alternative investments with more than $306B in assets under management across a wide array of products, including, but not limited to hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, managed futures, private equity, private credit, real estate funds, exchange funds, real assets and digital assets.

The Alternative Investments Subscriptions Analyst will be responsible for processing subscriptions across a wide spectrum of alternative investments products. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with, as well as influence, internal and external partners, including but not limited to financial advisors and their teams, asset managers and fund administrators. In addition, the role will require tactical and strategic thought leadership focused on continual process and efficiency improvements as the industry continues to rapidly evolve.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a financial services-related field. Experience in operations and/or alternative investments is advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Currently hold or have the ability to obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 or Series 99 licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities, with a mindset to think and act like an owner
• Ability to follow directions and work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Inquisitive and creative thinker, motivated to learn, and driven to achieve exceptional results
• Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
• High level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
