This role is responsible for supporting business growth through customer engagement, strategic communications, marketing initiatives, and public-facing representation. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage cross-functional projects, and confidence in public communication settings. As an AM Sales and Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Customer InterfaceServing as a primary point of contact for customers in coordination with the Business Development Manager Supporting customer engagement activities, including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Translating customer requirements into internal actions with engineering, operations, and leadership teams Maintaining professional relationships to support account growth and customer satisfaction Communication Skills Developing clear, concise, and professional internal and external communications Preparing executive-level briefs, customer-facing summaries, and status reports Facilitating communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives Supporting proposal development and bid responses Marketing Assisting in development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns Creating marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and digital content Supporting branding initiatives and alignment with corporate messaging Analyzing market trends and competitor positioning to inform strategy Project Management (Marketing & Business Development) Coordinating and managing marketing and business development projects from initiation through execution Tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement Ensuring alignment of project goals with business growth objectives Supporting CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting activities Public Relations / Public Speaking Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer forums Supporting preparation of keynote materials, speaking engagements, and panel discussions Contributing to press releases, public announcements, and media engagement activities Delivering presentations to customers, partners, and internal leadership To be successful in this role, you will:Have Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field  Have 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles  Have strong verbal and written communication skills  Have proven ability to engage with customers and external stakeholders Preferred:Have experience in industrial, manufacturing, or additive manufacturing environments  Have prior experience supporting executive-level presentations and proposals  Have familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
