Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHours will be limited to Friday-Sunday (10-20 hours per week)Court MonitorA Court Monitor at Altitude will be working directly with customers to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing safety at the park. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.Some responsibilities of court monitor include:Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experienceConsistent attentiveness and readiness for safety and injury assistanceAbility to identify equipment or customer safety violationsGood energy and positive body languageAbility to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulationsMaintain our standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courtsEstablish control in challenging situations and emergency managementResolve questions and concerns independentlyIf you have the skills and desire to keep our customers safe and having fun, please apply!
